Since 1984, Barry Neal Carpet One has been serving the Altamonte Springs, Florida, area with beautiful flooring and home services. Our store was originally opened by father and son, Barry and Steve Katzenberg. In all that time, it’s remained family-owned and operated. Most of our employees have also been with us for many years, and now their children are working for the store. In May of 2020, we moved our warehouse and administrative personnel to a new 55,000-square foot facility, so that we can better serve you with a larger supply of in-stock flooring and products.

As a member of the Carpet One cooperative, the largest flooring co-op in North America, we have more negotiating power with suppliers. That means we can compete with larger big box stores that monopolize the market by bringing you the same low flooring prices. All the while, you can feel good about shopping local with an independent business that cares about your installation project and the surrounding community. We proudly donate to several charity organizations, including Habitat for Humanity Homes and the Tunnel to Towers Foundation.
